Made it to Buckingham Palace!

Today we started with an English breakfast and then headed on a long journey to see Buckingham Palace.  We got a little misguided by the crazy train map and ended up taking a bus back to another train station, then yet another train, and walked down several different roads until we stumbled on the Palace… luckily for us it is pretty big and easy to see.  We can now say that we have truly experienced London transportation.  We picked a rainy day to see the palace, but that is the way most London days are, so it was more authentic that way!  We went to the Clarence for dinner and had a beer called Doom Bar and of course more fish and chips!  The bartender even let your favorite bear pour the drinks 🙂

 

 I was so excited to meet up with some of my British relatives in one of the souvenir shops! 🙂
